Minimum age limit for this job post is 14 years and Maximum age limit for this job post is 18 years
Candidates between the age of 14 -18 years are not eligible to sign the Apprenticeship contract, because they are minors so their contract is required to be signed by their Parents or guardian.

- Step 1: Applicants must be Registered Online through NCVT MIS web portal apprenticeshipindia.gov.in take print of an E-mail copy mentioning apprentice Enrollment / Registration No.
- Step 2: Download the Application form from MbPA’s Website “www.mumbaiport.gov.in” and then the Vacancy menu.
- Step 3: Make sure Applicants filled the application form very carefully and submit it via hand delivery or by post.

Selection Process
According to Mumbai Port:-
1 > In the merit list for selection of COPA Trade Apprentices preference will be given to the candidates possessing the higher qualification in addition to minimum educational qualification.
2 > The preferences in the merit list will be in the descending order of higher qualification i.e. Post Graduate, Graduate, 3 Years Diploma, and the 12th Passed.
3 > A percentage of candidates’ total marks achieved in both semesters of the COPA ITI Trade Exam will be used for generating the merit list for COPA Trade Apprentices.
4 > Candidates listed from the merit list will be called for verification and the selection process will begin at the ATC office. make sure to carry all original documents.
5 > The date of reporting for verification of documents and selection procedure will be available on the notice board at the office of the Apprentice Training Centre and it will be uploaded on Mb.P.A.’s website. www.mumbaiport.gov.in.
Note: All selected candidates will have to take the physical fitness test at the MbPA Hospital, Wadala.
